Job summary

Glanbia Performance Nutrition in Downers Grove, Illinois, is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead for the 2nd shift to drive OPEX initiatives and lean projects across production operations. You will lead cross-functional teams, train staff on DMAIC and 6S, develop ROI-based improvement plans, and push safety, quality and efficiency improvements across facilities.

This role requires 3–5 years manufacturing leadership, a college degree, and strong communication in a fast-paced food-manufacturing

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• College graduate or equivalent; OPEX training/certifications preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and implementing lean programs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent measurement and improvement of performance.
• Coordinate phased rollout of Glanbia Performance Systems across operations.
• Train and lead teams in OPEX programs and SOP development.
• Identify waste and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Drive ROI projects and improve productivity and reliability.
