Job summary

Glanbia Nutritionals, Inc. seeks a Senior Process Engineering Manager to lead complex projects across manufacturing sites and drive process, product, and technology improvements. You will mentor teams, support customer needs, and partner across functions to deliver safe, compliant, and profitable outcomes.

Focus areas include process improvement, tech transfers, validation, and collaboration with Operations, Quality, R&D, and Supply Chain to optimize performance and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in process engineering/improvement and data analysis.
• 4+ years of experience managing people/teams.
• Ability to interpret technical literature, drawings, and procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven decisions.
• Experience tracking and interpreting process data; basic controls understanding.
• Excellent English communication; ability to document clearly.
• Familiarity with cGMP, GRAS, HACCP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical projects across manufacturing sites.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor teams.
• Drive process improvements, technology transfers, and validation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, R&D, and Supply Chain.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability and customer value.
• Guide capital projects with focus on safety, cost, and delivery.
• Support product sampling and in-plant trials with sanitary practices.
• Train and develop technical staff and promote best practices.
• Coordinate plant qualifications for new components and processes.
