Job summary

Glanbia Nutritionals, Inc. in Valencia, CA seeks an experienced production leader to optimize a 24/7 facility. You will drive safety culture, manufacturing plans, quality control, inventory management and continuous improvement across shifts while supporting ERP implementations and capital projects.

The role emphasizes developing staff, managing budgets, and delivering cost-effective production aligned with company goals; a strong cross-functional team is essential.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent with an engineering or operations management background.
• 10+ years of production managerial experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with liquids flavors production, dry blending, spray drying is a plus.
• ERP/MRP experience; SAP and/or SAGE familiarity is a plus.
• Knowledge of PLC systems, automation and production processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe operations and developing a strong safety culture; support EH&S.
• Develop operations plans for a 24/7 facility across all shifts and departments.
• Ensure product quality, pricing within budget and on-time schedules.
• Provide leadership to build the site team and mentor future leaders.
• Complete monthly KPI dashboards and report to leadership on safety, quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on company projects and CAPEX efforts.
• Ensure food safety processes and regulatory compliance are followed.
