DSJ Global collaborates with a leading building materials and wood products manufacturer to appoint a Plant Manager for a high-volume facility. You will drive safety, production, maintenance, quality, and financial performance while developing a results-driven team and culture.

Reporting to senior operations leadership, you will oversee strategy, KPI-driven performance, and capital projects to enhance productivity and long-term business results.

Qualificações

• 5+ years leading plant operations in manufacturing.
• Experience leading large teams within manufacturing.
• Proven safety and continuous improvement track record.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting and cost control.
• Ability to drive change across multiple functions.
• Excellent leadership, communication and coaching skills.
• Experience with Lean/Operational excellence is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all aspects of manufacturing operations, maintenance, reliability, safety, quality, and environmental performance.
• Drive a strong culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the facility.
• Develop, coach, and mentor plant leadership teams, supervisors, and salaried personnel.
• Ensure achievement of production, quality, cost, inventory, and profitability objectives.
• Establish and execute strategic plans to improve operational performance and business results.
• Champion Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, supply chain, finance, human resources, and other support functions to achieve business objectives.
• Lead operational excellence initiatives focused on productivity, reliability, and cost reduction.
• Monitor plant performance through KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Oversee capital projects, equipment upgrades, and facility improvement initiatives.
• Support workforce planning, succession development, and employee engagement efforts.
• Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to drive sustainable performance improvements.
