The successful candidate will oversee design, manufacturing, and sourcing of wood products, coordinating teams and ensuring adherence to policies and OSHA standards while pursuing continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Review timekeeping, overtime approvals, payroll adjustments, and related matters.
• Collaborate with team on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead shift meetings to ensure smooth operations.
