Qualifications

• Experience supervising in automotive or logistics industries.
• Ability to train and coach salary and hourly team members.
• Proficiency in coordinating with operations, staff, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, morale and environment objectives.
• Direct and be accountable for facility operating results and budget adherence.
• Provide strategic leadership to direct and indirect reports.
• Develop and implement internal procedures to meet customer needs within budget.
• Establish and communicate customer KPIs and performance metrics.
