Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a plant lead to oversee daily operations in our Roasting Plants, coordinating tasks, coaching teammates, and ensuring quality and safety. You will act as a key escalation point, monitor inventory accuracy, and drive productivity while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

The role requires experience in manufacturing or distribution, strong communication, and the ability to manage scheduling and training.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED; 4+ years US military service preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Clear communication, detail orientation and problem solving.
• Proficiency with Kronos and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor in day-to-day operations and kick-off/close-out tasks.
• Serve as escalation resource for issues during shift.
• Audit areas to ensure product quality, inventory accuracy, and service.
• Lead daily manufacturing or distribution tasks and meet productivity goals.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and oversee sanitation.
