Qualifications

• Six months of customer interaction experience.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to prepare and coach preparation of beverages to standard recipes or customer modifications.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
• Strong oral communication skills and knowledge of retail environments.
• Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations as shift supervisor to ensure quality beverages and food.
