Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in people management
• 4+ years in a technical manufacturing continuous improvement environment
• Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices
• Proficient in MS Office and email

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of up to 15 associates to meet KPIs with focus on quality and safety
• Implement method, equipment, and process changes to achieve line objectives
• Collaborate with Area Leadership to improve line performance using CI
• Coach operators to develop leadership capabilities and accountability
• Coordinate materials, staffing and resources for line operations and changeovers
• Ensure production and conversion of materials into safe, defect-free products in line with Mars principles
• Handle ad hoc requests as needed
