Job summary

Peet’s Coffee is seeking a Maintenance Manager at the Brooklyn Center Roasting Plant to lead a team of maintenance technicians, drive preventive maintenance, and ensure safety, reliability, and quality in operations.

You will partner with plant leadership to plan capital projects, implement CQV standards, manage budgets, and coordinate vendors while building capability and a strong safety culture on site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive maintenance leadership in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with CMMS for work orders, asset tracking, and planning.
• Strong PLC/SCADA troubleshooting and electrical/mechanical skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA/NFPA 70E safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a maintenance team to ensure safe, compliant maintenance.
• Own asset uptime and performance, leading improvements with leadership.
• Plan capital projects with vendors and Plant Engineer from scope to install.
• Direct CQV standards for commissioning and validation.
• Manage maintenance budget, spares, and service contracts.
