Job summary

FIXX Energy, based in Smyrna, TN, seeks an IT Senior Manager to lead 24/7 manufacturing IT operations, aligning IT strategy with plant goals and enabling reliable, secure systems on the factory floor.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Finance, and management of SAP and Apriso support across the enterprise.

Qualifications

10+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in a significant management or leadership role in a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Exceptional ability to communicate with both technical staff and non-technical plant leadership.
Strong leadership presence under pressure, with the ability to lead incident response in a 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic IT leadership to support 24/7 manufacturing operations.
Bridge IT roadblocks to business leadership and translate plant needs into IT requirements.
Oversee budgets, asset lifecycles, and ensure compliance with security standards.
Lead SAP and Apriso support with global teams to meet plant requirements.
