Job summary

Magna Exteriors is seeking an IT Infrastructure Lead to supervise Level 1 and 2 IT Technicians and to own daily IT operations for production‑critical systems at the Highland Park site, with collaboration to the Brownstown facility. You will act as the on-site escalation point, drive improvements, and ensure security practices are followed.

You will oversee server and database platforms, coordinate maintenance windows, and work with Systems Administrators and Network Engineers to keep production

Qualifications

• Directly supervise Level 1 and Level 2 IT Technicians.
• Own daily IT operational stability for production-critical systems.
• Act as the primary on-site escalation point during plant-impacting IT incidents.
• Ensure production-critical server and database platforms remain available.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Operations and Plant Support activities in Highland Park and Brownstown facilities.
• Maintain change management and security practices across site systems.
