Qualifications

• Demonstrated extensive manufacturing management experience.
• Strong organizational, communication and people-skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assembly facilities, equipment, materials and staff to meet department objectives.
• Train team leaders and members to develop teamwork in a positive environment.
• Lead assembly activities with focus on quality and timely delivery.
• Track time sheets, attendance and performance reviews.
• Develop ergonomic layouts to optimize flows and reduce non-value activities.
• Ensure TS-16949 compliance and develop work instructions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
• Support safety and incident investigations within 24 hours.
• Fill in as Team Leader when needed.
