Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of IT BA or related experience in manufacturing.
• Experience gathering business and system requirements.
• Experience developing BRDs, process flows, use cases, test cases.
• Experience with UAT and system functionality testing.
• Proven ability to lead small projects and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for IT solutions.
• Develop BRDs, process flows, use cases, test cases, and project documents.
• Liaise between business and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Lead small projects or workstreams, managing scope, schedule, and cost.
• Facilitate meetings with internal teams, vendors, and partners.
• Support IQ/OQ/PQ validation activities and testing.
• Develop and execute test plans and UAT scenarios, coordinate defect resolution.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
• Transition completed projects into operational maintenance with support teams.
• Drive end-to-end process improvements aligned with business objectives.
