Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience with IT Service Management processes and tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Minimum 2 years in Application Support
- Leadership experience managing global teams and building relationships with senior stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day application support for manufacturing systems and related software.
- Oversee upgrades, vulnerability management, and monthly Windows updates.
- Develop and maintain integrations to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
- Coordinate cross-functional support and liaise with internal teams across departments.
