Cityscapes is hiring an Installation & Operations Worker in Boston, MA. The role supports day-to-day project execution by preparing, transporting, and installing plants, containers, décor, and materials at client locations.

You will work with installation and operations teams to stage materials, complete deliveries, and maintain organized warehouse spaces. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High degree of organizational skills and professionalism.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles for errands and material transport.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Team-oriented and able to collaborate with multiple departments.
• Proficient verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Effective communication and follow-through required.

Responsibilities

• Represent Cityscapes professionally to clients, vendors, and team members.
• Safely load, unload, and transport plants, containers, décor, and installation materials.
• Assist with daily deliveries to client sites, ensuring on-time arrival.
• Support installation crews by reading work orders and pulling required materials.
• Prepare products for installation and restock as needed.
• Process returned materials and update inventory records.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and keep areas organized.
• Support project prep, event logistics, and other duties as needed.
• Ensure all vehicles and equipment are secured at end of day.
