Qualifications

• Minimum of one year horticultural education or equivalent experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional client service and maintain plant health.
• Groom, trim, and care for plants; monitor soil moisture.
• Travel between client accounts and manage daily routes.
• Keep tools organized and report equipment issues.
• Ensure sites are restored to original condition after service.
