Job summary

Forvia seeks an experienced Plant HSE Coordinator to join the Louisville, KY plant in the Clean Mobility Division. You will analyze site risks, develop annual HSES action plans, and coach site management and employees to improve safety and environmental performance.

Fluent in English, with a Bac+3 HSE specialization or equivalent experience, you will ensure compliance with national laws, participate in Faurecia's HSE network, and drive continuous improvements while adhering to the Group’s ethics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with an HSE specialization or industrial experience validating HSE knowledge.
• Firm understanding of national environmental health and safety laws and policies.
• Knowledge of automotive production plant technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze site risks and implement solutions to improve safety and environmental performance.
• Propose an annual HSES action plan to site management.
• Coach and support site management and employees.
• Participate in HSE network and monitor regulatory compliance.
• Organize and drive HSES audits and trainings.
• Carry out accident inquiries and drive continuous improvement ideas.
