Fabcon seeks an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) professional to plan, implement, and supervise programs ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and a safe workplace across plant and field operations.

You will lead SEAL roadmap, conduct inspections, manage incidents and documentation, coordinate with Risk and HR on drug testing, and mentor teams while traveling as needed.

Competenze

• Minimum five years of experience in safety field.
• Experience developing and implementing EHS programs.
• Ability to lead inspections and incident investigations.
• Strong communication and training delivery skills.
• Capable of travel and working in office, plant and field settings.

Mansioni

• Assist in development of EHS programs for plant and field operations.
• Lead implementation of SEAL roadmap.
• Identify and control hazardous conditions and unsafe activities.
• Develop, implement and conduct EHS training programs.
• Lead EHS inspections/audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Address safety and environmental issues with action plans.
• Conduct Site Safety Assessments and incident investigations.
• Manage EHS documentation and permits.
• Review records and ensure reports are complete and accurate.
• Audit environmental reports (Storm Water, Air Quality, etc.).
• Maintain EHS permits and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as contact for OSHA/EPA.
• Conduct prestart safety reviews.
• Manage return-to-work programs and WC claims.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across facilities.
• Issue safety equipment and advise on compliance actions.
• Support drug testing program with Risk and HR.
• Lead local pandemic response management.
