Job summary

FORVIA seeks an experienced HSE leader to drive the NAO Tech Center's health, safety and environmental agenda, ensuring safe work practices and compliant machine safety programs across a multi-site operation.

The role demands leadership in audits, risk assessment, and continuous improvement, with CMSE certification and strong English plus an additional language. Bachelor\'s degree required; master\'s preferred, and multi-site experience valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required; Master\'s preferred in HSE or a related field.
Significant experience as HSE cluster manager or plant/operations/quality director in a multi-site industrial environment.

Responsibilities

Lead NAO Tech Center HSE activities to ensure safe work practices.
Manage and lead the administration of the Machine Safety compliance programs.
Coordinate with Plant HSE and Program Managers for successful completion of program elements.
Maintain current knowledge on applicable government, industry, and corporate guidelines.
Serve as Certified Machine Safety Expert (CMSE) and maintain certifications.
Review and validate machinery safety specifications with engineers and suppliers to ensure safe equipment process.
