  • Oversee incident, medical, and workers’ compensation documentation processes
  • Maintain expert knowledge of applicable government, industry, and corporate HSE guidelines
  • Evaluate workplace hazards and drive improvements in machine safety, ergonomics, and environmental conditions
  • Validate machinery safety specifications and partner with engineers, vendors, and plants on safe equipment integration
  • Support new and revised program launches
  • Manage regulatory reviews for chemical changes and plant impacts
  • Conduct and support internal audits, including ISO 14001 Environmental Management System activities
  • Analyze statistical data to identify trends and propose corrective actions
  • Prepare and deliver reports, action plans, and briefings for management
  • Participate in Faurecia’s global HSE network and assist in HSE indicator reporting
  • Perform safety evaluations for new or relocated machinery
  • Recommend improvements to ergonomic practices and workstation assessments
  • Lead routine and special workplace audits
  • Support training design, development, and implementation
  • Propose cost‑reduction and efficiency improvements
  • Capture and share best practices and lessons learned across the organization
  • Champion top‑management commitment to NAO environmental policy and ISO 14001 requirements
  • Carry out other duties as assigned to support the division’s HSE and operational goals
What You Bring
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence, guide, and develop HSE professionals
  • Expertise in OSHA and environmental regulations; ISO 14001 experience preferred
  • Ability to analyze data, identify risk trends, and drive actionable solutions
  • Experience with machinery safety, ergonomics, incident management, and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present to plant and senior leadership
  • A continuous improvement mindset with a commitment to operational excellence
Why Join Us?

You’ll be part of a mission‑driven HSE organization that values innovation, collaboration, and safety leadership. Your work will directly shape safer workplaces, stronger processes, and a more sustainable future—while giving you the opportunity to grow your career across a global network.
