Job summary

This role partners closely with plant leadership to support employee relations, talent, engagement, workforce needs, and day-to-day HR operations, delivering hands-on HR support and ensuring compliant, effective people practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience across multiple HR disciplines.
• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred.
• Experience supporting a manufacturing, industrial, or operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant leaders to support workforce, talent, engagement, and business objectives.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to leaders on employee relations, performance management, attendance, and employment practices.
• Serve as the onsite HR resource for policies, programs, procedures, and workplace concerns.
• Support staffing, onboarding, and workforce planning with Talent Acquisition and plant leadership.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver compensation, benefits, and development programs.
