Oshkosh Corporation is seeking an on-site Human Resources Business Partner for its Riceville, Iowa manufacturing facility. You will partner with plant leaders to drive workforce, talent, engagement, and organizational priorities while providing day-to-day HR guidance on relations, performance, attendance, and policies.
The role supports both hourly and salaried employees, collaborates with Centers of Excellence, and helps deliver compensation, benefits, learning, and other HR programs.

The Human Resources Business Partner serves as a key HR resource for leaders and team members at our Riceville, Iowa manufacturing facility, providing hands on HR support across the employee lifecycle. Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Manager, this role partners closely with plant leadership and team members to support employee relations, talent, engagement, workforce needs, and day to day HR operations.
As the primary onsite HR presence for the Riceville facility, the HRBP builds trusted relationships across the plant, provides timely and practical HR guidance, and helps create a positive, engaging, and high performing work environment. This role supports both hourly and salaried team members and collaborates with HR partners and Centers of Excellence to deliver programs and solutions that support our people and business objectives.

$64,500.00 - $103,500.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
