You will partner with HRBPs, COEs, and HR Operations to deliver scalable solutions that drive manufacturing performance, change management, and employee experience across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with strategic execution, change management, and workforce transformation.

Responsibilities

• Translate people strategy into scalable HR solutions as part of the Plant Leadership team.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of high-priority people initiatives.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, COEs, and HR Operations to integrate talent and rewards.
• Apply a people-experience lens to initiatives for alignment with culture.
• Measure impact with data, stakeholder feedback, and adoption indicators.
• Lead change management and coach leaders on talent management and organizational development.
• Support performance management, talent acquisition, and culture at the plant.
