The role covers employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition for hourly and salaried staff, compliance with laws, and workforce planning in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience in manufacturing, industrial, or production environments.
• Experience supporting hourly workforce populations and front-line supervisors.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR partner to plant leadership, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Support daily HR operations within a manufacturing environment, including production and hourly workforce needs.
• Collaborate with leadership to address workforce challenges and implement practical HR solutions.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including investigations and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies and company values; foster a compliant, engaged work environment.
• Coach supervisors on performance, documentation, and feedback; assist with training initiatives.
