Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of HR and labor work experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR business partner to plant leadership, translating strategy into HR initiatives.
• Design and execute talent management, succession planning, and workforce programs.
• Lead HR analytics, workforce planning, and data-driven decision making.
• Foster inclusive culture, employee advocacy, and DEI initiatives on the plant floor.
• Manage labor relations, investigations, and contract interpretation with unions.
