VPET USA LLC is seeking an HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to plant leadership in Valencia, CA. The role will bridge business objectives with workforce needs on the manufacturing floor, translating goals into practical people solutions.

You will partner with operations across multiple shifts to forecast staffing, manage talent, and ensure compliance. This hands-on role directly impacts employees and the bottom line.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field.
• Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline preferred.
• Professional certification strongly preferred, including PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP.

Aufgaben

• Partner with plant leadership and department managers to align HR initiatives with production goals and operational realities.
• Coach site leaders on organizational design and people decisions.
• Provide data-driven insights linking workforce trends to business outcomes.
• Forecast staffing needs across shifts and cycles.
• Build talent pipelines for operators and frontline supervisors.
• Support full-cycle recruitment and strengthen local branding.
• Handle employee relations and investigations; maintain a positive culture.
• Guide performance reviews, goal setting, and development plans.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and safety regulations.
