The HR Manager will partner with site leaders to align people strategies with business goals, manage payroll for hourly staff, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in an HR plant leadership role in manufacturing/distribution.
• Experience managing employee relations and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Coach employees and leaders on HR processes (staffing, onboarding, performance management, development, rewards).
• Lead employee relations investigations and advise on corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Manage payroll processes for hourly workforce at the plant.
• Collaborate with site leadership to align people strategies with business goals.
• Support HR teams across compensation, legal compliance, and talent acquisition.
