Sun Recruiting, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Manager to partner with the plant leadership team and drive a high-performance culture.

You will lead HR strategies, employee engagement, and alignment of HR initiatives with operational goals to support manufacturing excellence. You will oversee staffing, onboarding, compensation, benefits, and HRIS processes, while coaching HR staff and strengthening cross-site collaboration with Corporate HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in HRIS systems; Workday experience preferred.
• Demonstrated project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Partner with site operations leaders to design proactive employee relations programs.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract, hire, and retain talent across levels.
• Lead staffing and recruitment activities, including manpower planning and full-cycle recruiting.
• Manage onboarding processes, background checks, and orientation.
• Maintain HR systems and payroll/employee records.
• Oversee leaves, unemployment claims, and policy compliance.
• Conduct investigations and advise on issue resolution.
• Lead training and leadership development initiatives with L&OD team.
• Administer corrective action processes aligned with company values.
• Collaborate with Corporate HR on compensation, benefits, and policy development.
• Manage local compensation programs and wage rate administration.
• Support benefits administration and staff inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-site HR teams on projects.
• Provide leadership to HR staff through coaching and reviews.
• Organize employee engagement and recognition events.
