Job summary

Electrolux Group North America in North Carolina seeks an experienced HR leader at a manufacturing plant in Kinston to provide strategic and tactical HR support for line managers. You will consult on staffing, compensation, benefits, training and employee relations to align HR with business needs.

Responsibilities include policy development, leadership coaching, talent review and succession planning, plus driving a culture of growth and high engagement. Plant HR leadership experience is required.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources; related graduate degree.
• A minimum of 7 years HR experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Previous plant HR leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer personnel rules, pay and job classification structures, and training programs.
• Align HR structures with business needs and strategy; consult with management.
• Drive growth culture, meet commitments, and foster positive employee relations.
• Improve organizational efficiency; evaluate costs, roles, and organization design.
• Manage multiple HR functions, analyze data, and make informed decisions.
• Lead leadership communication processes and succession planning.
• Strengthen talent through staffing and talent-pipeline development.
• Resolve employee issues and provide HR coaching to managers.
• Ensure policy interpretation and implementation for teams and individuals.
• Collaborate with HR staff to accomplish all HR activities.
