Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR and business leadership to the plant site.
• Lead employee relations, conflict resolution, and leadership coaching.
• Drive safety initiatives to achieve zero recordable injuries and promote safety culture.
• Partner with plant leadership to implement TPM and TPM-related training.
• Manage payroll, labor analytics, HRIS, and administrative HR processes.
• Develop and deliver communications to engage employees and sustain an inclusive culture.
• Attract, recruit, and retain salaried talent and build a skilled workforce.
