Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Plant Human Resources Manager for our Clinton, NC facility.

The role requires extensive manufacturing HR leadership to develop and deliver integrated HR services including organization design, talent management, and employee relations. You will design policies for hourly and salaried staff, oversee safety and compliance, manage benefits, and lead orientation and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Extensive manufacturing HR leadership experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Acclimate employees to plant policies, procedures, regulations, safety rules and benefits.
• Ensure employees fully understand employment conditions and benefits.
• Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Develop and write policies affecting hourly and salaried staff.
• Arrange pre-employment drug screens and testing prior to offers.
• Responsible for new employee orientation.
• Monitor employee transactions to ensure compliance with policies.
• Administer daily the benefits program and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate with managers to implement HR policies.
• Follows safety regulations and enforces compliance.
