Dart Container is seeking an HR Manager to partner with plant leadership at the Waxahachie facility, guiding culture, safety, quality, efficiency, and employee engagement for a team of about 800. You will lead the HR function, drive retention, and support growth as operations expand.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with HR experience or equivalent, supervisory leadership, strong coaching, and a data-driven mindset to influence leaders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years HR experience or HS diploma with 8 years HR experience.
• 2 years supervisory experience leading HR staff or equivalent in projects/initiatives.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations.
• Strong business acumen and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• Partner with plant leadership to improve retention and reduce turnover.
• Lead 3 HR Business Partners and develop teams.
• Develop supervisors and team leads into strong people leaders via coaching and onboarding.
• Strengthen employee engagement through workforce outreach and action planning.
• Lead employee relations investigations and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Support organizational development, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
• Use workforce data and insights to drive measurable results.
• Collaborate across HR, Talent Acquisition, and Operations to deliver an excellent employee experience.
