Revere Plastics Systems, LLC in Fraser, Michigan, is seeking an experienced HR leader to own the plant HR function. You will partner with the General Manager and leadership team, translate business priorities into people actions, and drive staffing, engagement, and performance across shifts.

This highly visible, hands-on role offers collaboration across the HR team and operations, with opportunities to improve processes, develop leadership capability, and elevate the team-member experience

Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or fast-paced environments.
• Experience supporting hourly workforce.
• Strong investigation, conflict-resolution, and risk assessment skills.
• Experience using workforce data to identify trends and improve outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business; PHR/SPHR is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the General Manager and plant leadership to translate business priorities into practical people actions.
• Build strong relationships with team members and frontline leaders across shifts.
• Lead employee relations, investigations, performance management, corrective action, conflict resolution, and organizational change.
• Coach leaders to strengthen communication, accountability, team effectiveness, and leadership capability.
• Drive recruiting, onboarding, workforce planning, retention, internal development, succession planning, and engagement initiatives.
• Own accurate, timely plant HR operations including employee data, attendance, timekeeping, payroll inputs, leaves, workers’ compensation coordination, and employment changes.
• Use dashboards, workforce trends, and root-cause problem-solving to identify risks and deliver measurable results.
• Ensure fair, compliant employment practices while balancing team-member advocacy and business needs.
• Identify and implement improvements to HR processes, communication, service levels, and the overall team-member experience.
