Job summary

Dart Container seeks an experienced Manufacturing HR Manager to lead the HR function at our Randleman facility. You will partner with plant leadership to staff new operations, strengthen frontline leadership, and drive a culture focused on safety, accountability, and results.

You will oversee a team, guide safety, quality, efficiency, and employee engagement goals, and use data to inform decisions. This role demands a proactive, solution-minded leader capable of managing a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of progressive HR experience (or equivalent).
• Manufacturing, distribution, or industrial HR leadership experience.
• Experience supporting growth, expansions, or transformations.
• Strong employee relations expertise and knowledge of employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA).

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR strategy for a growing manufacturing facility.
• Build staffing plans to support line expansions and growth.
• Partner with plant leadership to improve retention and workforce stability.
• Coach and develop supervisors and managers to become stronger people leaders.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and gather workforce feedback.
• Conduct complex employee relations investigations and ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Support organizational development, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Use workforce data to identify trends and drive business results.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Centers of Excellence, and Operations to deliver people outcomes.
