Dart Container is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Waxahachie, TX to lead a large warehouse operation, drive KPI performance in safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service. You will collaborate with manufacturing and supply chain leaders to optimize processes and costs.

The role emphasizes leadership, safety, GMP, and hands-on SAP/WMS usage to train staff and sustain high standards. Strong budgeting, reporting, and cross-functional coordination are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or higher and 2 years of warehouse ops experience, or

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound shipping and receiving operations through a team of Warehouse Supervisors.
• Track KPI’s and ensure targets are met.
• Develop and monitor warehouse budgets and optimize space.
• Train employees on SAP and warehouse procedures.
• Audit floor for safety and GMP compliance.
• Lead lean initiatives and continuous improvement.
