Responsibilities

• Acclimate employees to plant policies, procedures, regulations, safety rules and benefits.
• Ensure employees understand conditions and benefits of employment.
• Maintain records compliant with federal, state and local laws and reports.
• Develop and write policies affecting hourly and salaried staff.
• Arrange pre-employment drug screens and testing before offers.
• Responsible for new employee orientation.
• Monitor employee transactions to ensure policy compliance.
• Administer daily benefits program and resolve inquiries.
• Coordinate with managers to implement HR policies.
• Enforce safety regulations and compliance.
