Job summary

Zaddy Solutions is seeking a hands-on, business-minded Human Resources Manager to join its executive leadership team. This on-site role partners with the CEO/President, Plant Manager, and senior leaders to shape people strategy in a 24/7 unionized manufacturing environment of about 130 employees.

The successful candidate will balance strategic leadership with day-to-day HR operations, including labor relations, workforce planning, benefits, and policy development.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HR management role.
• Experience in a unionized manufacturing environment, including CBA administration.
• Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment regulations (NLRB, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, OSHA).
• Excellent communication, coaching, listening, presentation, policy-writing, and relationship-building skills.
• Collaborative, influential partner to executive leadership and plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting, onboarding, workforce planning, and succession initiatives.
• Oversee the full employee benefits portfolio, including healthcare and retirement programs.
• Manage labor relations, grievance procedures, and interpretation/administration of the CBA.
• Develop, review, and maintain HR policies and programs to support compliance and culture.
• Partner with Safety & Security and plant leadership to reinforce policies and a safe workplace.
