Prequel Solutions in New Iberia, LA is seeking an experienced HR Plant Manager to lead HR operations for a large-scale manufacturing site. This hands-on role partners with site leadership to drive workforce effectiveness and HR program delivery.

The successful candidate will manage employee relations, compliance, and workforce planning while developing the HR team to support a demanding frontline workforce in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience leading HR professionals.
• Strong employee relations and investigation experience.
• Manufacturing, industrial, or high-volume operations experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
• HR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR operations on-site and partner with site leadership.
• Manage employee relations, compliance, and workforce planning.
• Develop and mentor the HR team to support frontline staff.
• Provide advisory support for complex workplace issues.
