The ideal candidate brings extensive HR experience with a focus on hourly frontline employees and a proven ability to navigate sensitive employee situations while building strong relationships across leadership and staff.

Qualifications

• Experienced HR professional with a strong employee relations background.
• Manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or logistics experience preferred.
• Experience supporting hourly/frontline employees.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance and employment practices.
• Comfortable independently managing sensitive employee situations.
