Imperial Headwear is seeking an experienced HR Manager to partner with production leadership in Bourbon and Bonne Terre, driving workforce effectiveness and engagement while ensuring policy compliance. You will coach supervisors, run investigations, and maintain consistent HR processes across facilities.

The role oversees 2-3 HR team members and requires onsite presence with travel to other plants, bringing strong knowledge of employment law and manufacturing experience to a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 2+ years directly managing employees.
• 4+ years in employee relations and investigations.
• 4+ years in manufacturing or production, ideally multi-plant.
• Working knowledge of employment law.
• Onsite in Bourbon with travel to other plants.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of respect, accountability, and engagement.
• Respond to employee questions and policy guidance as the HR resource.
• Coach supervisors on employee relations, performance, attendance and conflict resolution.
• Support compliance audits and write HR procedures as needed.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, badge administration, and HR records.
• Lead investigations into harassment, discrimination, attendance, conduct and policy violations.
• Recruiting and onboarding activities for Bourbon production roles.
