Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience supporting diverse client groups.
• 3+ years union/labor relations experience in manufacturing.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR contact for employees and frontline leaders.
• Conduct workplace investigations and recommend actions.
• Coordinate recruitment for hourly and salaried roles.
• Partner with managers to identify talent needs and recruitment strategies.
• Manage interview scheduling and offers.
• Assist onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Maintain HR data accuracy and generate workforce metrics.
• Support payroll coordination and benefits administration.
