Job summary

Danone North America is hiring a Plant Human Resources Manager based in Dubois, Pennsylvania. As the HR leader for the site, you will partner with plant leadership to shape people strategy, drive labor relations, and build organizational capability across 125 associates and 3 production lines.

The role leads a small HR team, ensures compliance, and champions Danone's culture while supporting continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• At least 3 years of union/labor relations experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant leadership to develop and execute long-term people strategy.
• Lead employee and labor relations, investigations, and contract administration as applicable.
• Build workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development for the plant.
• Drive change initiatives and continuous improvement within the manufacturing system.
• Ensure HR data accuracy and compliance with policies and laws.
