Danone USA is seeking an HR Generalist to be based onsite at our West Jordan, Utah manufacturing plant. The role partners with hourly and salaried employees, handling employee relations, onboarding, performance management, policy administration, and labor relations to foster a compliant, high‑performing workplace.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in HR, including union/labor relations in a manufacturing setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible HR experience.
• 3+ years of union/labor relations experience in manufacturing.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Serve as a key HR contact for employees and frontline leaders.
• Provide guidance on employee relations issues, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution.
• Conduct workplace investigations and recommend corrective actions.
• Support performance management activities, including coaching and documentation.
• Coordinate recruitment activities for hourly and salaried positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer administration.
• Facilitate onboarding and new hire orientation.
• Support labor relations and interpretation of the CBA.
• Prepare HR metrics and support compliance reporting.
• Maintain HR records and administer company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes.
