Danone is hiring an HR Generalist for our West Jordan, Utah manufacturing site. The role covers employee relations, labor relations, onboarding, investigations, and performance management for hourly and salaried staff.

You will partner with plant leadership to drive a high-performance culture while ensuring legal and policy compliance. The ideal candidate has 5+ years HR experience in manufacturing, with 3+ years in union relations; bachelor's is required with certifications preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years HR experience in a manufacturing setting.
• 3+ years union/labor relations experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certifications are a plus.

Mansioni

• Serve as HR partner for hourly and salaried employees at the West Jordan plant.
• Oversee employee relations, onboarding, investigations, and performance management.
• Support labor relations, including grievances and CBA interpretation.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies; manage HR processes.
