Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HR coursework, seminars, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Understanding of labor law and employment regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with payroll administration and benefits enrollment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends or off-shifts.

Responsibilities
