Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with Plant leadership, manage talent acquisition for hourly roles, and oversee employee relations, payroll, and compliance. The role supports retention initiatives, performance processes, and policy administration in a dynamic production environment.

Responsibilities

• Hourly talent acquisition for the plant workforce.
• Employee relations activities and investigations as needed.
• Retention analysis and action planning to reduce turnover.
• HR administration for onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Oversee payroll, timekeeping and compliance.
• Maintain benefits and policy knowledge for the workforce.
• Coordinate companywide HR initiatives and programs.
• Coach and influence leaders and associates to align with policies.
• Conduct employee investigations as required.
