Job summary

Dexian seeks an HR Generalist 2 for an on-site role in Sanford, NC. The position covers benefits, recruiting and interviewing, with a focus on administration, policy management, and strategic planning. You will support the HR team and plant leaders in daily operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 0-2 years of customer service experience; internships are accepted. Night shift runs 10 pm–8 am across multiple buildings to support various teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct new hire orientation.
• Support HR manager with documents for disputes and disciplinary procedures.
