Job summary

Legends Hospitality, LLC is seeking an HR Generalist to execute daily HR administration and support full employee lifecycle processes. You will collaborate with the Senior Human Resources Manager to drive engagement, culture, and business performance across the venue.

The role requires 3-5 years HR experience (investigations, recruiting, onboarding, HRIS) and is onsite during 2nd shift with weekends/evenings/holidays. ABachelor’s in HR is preferred; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of HR experience including investigations, recruiting & onboarding.
• Ability to partner with management and drive HR strategies and practices.
• Excellent communication, confidentiality, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day HR administration and support full employee lifecycle processes.
• Support high-volume recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
• Partner with Senior HR Manager on initiatives to drive engagement and performance.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal laws and record keeping.
• Provide HR support during events, including nonstandard hours and weekends.
