ADP, Inc. is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to serve as the primary HR resource for employees and leaders across off-shift operations in Reidsville, NC.

The role focuses on hands-on employee relations, coaching, policy guidance, investigations, and engagement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience required. Employee relations experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environment strongly preferred.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and workplace issues during assigned off shifts.
• Investigate employee complaints, workplace concerns, and policy violations. Facilitate conflict resolution between employees and supervisors.
• Conduct interviews, fact-finding meetings, and documentation related to employee relations matters.
• Partner with HR leadership to ensure consistent application of policies and procedures. Escalate significant employee relations issues as appropriate.
